LeBron Gets Dunked On

9 July, 2009

Did LeBron James really get ‘dunked on’ by a college student? The Web is buzzing with rumors - based on eyewitness accounts - that NBA star player, LeBron James, got ‘dunked on’ by a college student during a pickup game at his Skills Academy in Akron, Ohio. The best part of this 'rumor' is that the event was caught on tape, but this footage is nowhere to be found! Nike Senior Director, Lynn Merritt, reportedly confiscated the tape shortly after. LeBron James, dunked on by a college student? That is pretty embarrassing, considering he is a global icon in the world of basketball. Jordan Crawford is the Xavier University student who allegedly ‘schooled’ LeBron James.

Even with the fastest Internet connection in the world, it will be impossible to find footage of this monumental score. Perhaps when the buzz has died down, a leaked video will surface.

6 July, 2009

‘Michael Jackson death photo’ is the most popular MJ-related search phrase on Google today, as the ‘King of Pop’ will be laid to rest in Los Angeles tomorrow. A viewing will be held at the Staple Center at 10:00 a.m., where more than 17,500 free tickets have been provided for MJ fans worldwide. Just two days before his death, Jackson rehearsed at the Staples Center in preparation for his upcoming performances. According to online sources, a private family memorial will be held at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills.

Nearly two weeks have passed since Michael Jackson was pronounced dead, yet the Web is still buzzing with MJ talk. Cause of death is yet to be determined, and rumors permeate the Internet suggesting that he will be buried sans brain! That’s right. In order to perform neurological tests to find cause of death, doctors have removed Jackson’s brain – and it won’t be returned before he is laid to rest.
